Creating a unique access key will give evaluators access to the players in this age group only, compared to having access to score all players participating in the assessment. If you would like to assign a unique access key, there are two ways to do so. One method is during creation of player pools. When defining new player pools, you can click on "Generate New Key" towards the bottom of the pop up window.
Click on "Generate New Key" and click Save. If for some reason you change your mind about using unique access keys, you can always click on "Remove Access Key" or click on the "x."
Another way to assign a unique access key is to edit an existing player pool. When you hover over a player pool from your list you will see buttons “Edit” and “Delete” pop up to the right of the player pool name.
Click “Edit” then you can assign a unique access key using the same method as above.
