When ready, go to step two by clicking the shaded “Compose Message” button in the upper right.
Step two brings you to a screen where you will see the following email components t: From Email (Sender’s email), From Name (Sender), CC, and BCC.
Below these boxes you will see options to attach player reports,
and files from your computer.
To send an email, you must have either have an email template to select, or create a new one. This is done by clicking the green “New Template” button, discussed below. When your email is finalized, simply review for errors and click Send.
When email templates already exist, the "Edit Template" button may be used to make changes to a template email, as will the green “Clone” button on the far right.
You can change the report type to online report by inserting the AthleteReportLink placeholder into the email body.
This will give you additional report options and not attached a pdf report.
